Casa da Figueira is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom traditional Portuguese villa with private pool, located walking distance from the Praia da Luz sandy beach and a lovely village in the Western Algarve, Portugal near several fabulous golf courses and wineries. It is licensed Portuguese Alojamento Local and is available as a private vacation rental year-round.

We keep Casa da Figueira in exceptional condition. Many areas have recently been renovated. The daily maid service, and weekly garden and pool service enable our clients to truly enjoy this remarkable place. We also do a significant yearly maintenance service each January, so if anything is not working or needs upgrades please make sure to let me (Sophie, the owner) or Amelia (the housekeeper) know and we'll take care of it.
Since there is pool heating as well as home heating, Casa da Figueira is an amazing place to retreat to during cold winter months in the North. Heating Casa da Figueira's large private pool is extra as electricity is expensive in Portugal. You can find the latest price also on the HomeAway website.
How to book: A 50% deposit is required upon booking Casa da Figueira and your balance is due the week prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation 80% of the deposit will be refunded if you cancel 90 days prior to the Check-in Date or if I am able to rent Casa da Figueira to another guest at the regular price.
